We recently sat down with Claudia Gonella and Sara Murphy of Coldwell Banker Nicaragua Real Estate in Granada, Nicaragua.  Granada is an interesting colonial community with a fairly large expat population not far from the capital city of Managua.

In this 14 minute English language video interview, they discuss the advantages of working with Coldwell Banker, how they came to live in Nicaragua, and the real estate investment environment in Nicaragua. One of the projects that they are involved with is the Seaside Mariana Resort featuring a Jack Nicklaus golf course.
