We’ve always done an automated review of your video at the point of upload to determine if the uploaded file is a valid video file and to understand some of the video details for processing. That is why uploaded videos on our system maintain 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios and have their durations available immediately after processing.
We’ve just added a listing of your video’s details to the processing email that you receive after successfully uploading a video. It starts with the codec used in your uploaded video and the size/duration of the real estate video. If you request video services to be added to your upload such as professional video narration or transcript generation, then those services will be listed on your email.
