Real Estate Video Interview: Constructora Forteleza (in English)

December 12, 2006

About a week and a half ago, we did a English language interview with Miss Gina Villa Gomez from Constructora Forteleza in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.  In this interview, she provides insights into her company’s building philosophy and the growth of real estate construction in general in Santa Cruz.

Constructora Forteleza started about 8 years and has bootstrapped their own growth. The owner (interviewed separately in Spanish) drives his business with the sort of pricing and security that should be attractive to non-Bolivians and Bolivians alike.  This philosophy rings clear in the interview with Gina.

We hope to bring many more interviews in English in the coming months. Enjoy.
